Hi, I’m Jamie Berg—a Milwaukee-based photographer who first “borrowed” (okay, stole) my dad’s camera back in high school and never gave it back. That spark led me to Columbia College Chicago, where I graduated with a BA in Photography and Art History. From there, I dove straight into assisting award-winning architectural photographers—traveling the world, lugging gear, and learning everything I could about lighting (a.k.a. chasing the sun and making things glow).

Eventually, I made my way to New York City to assist fashion photographers, and that’s where I truly fell in love with the magic of creative collaboration and the beauty of fashion. Since then, I’ve worked full-time for two major companies back here in Milwaukee, photographing everything from celebrity campaigns to big, glossy advertising projects.

These days, I’m constantly evolving my own style and crafting images that (hopefully) make people pause, smile, or feel something. I shoot with a director’s voice—sometimes bossy, always collaborative—and my love for this industry keeps me happily, endlessly busy.
